      some co-workers were nice. Pay was ok

      management was terrible and still is. strapped to your desk serious micromanagement

      Big company, good people

      Pros

      Big company and lots of departments to move around in. Not the best paying but decent benefits and other perks like gym, and discounts on things. If you're interested in insurance, good starting place as the training is great.

      Cons

      They should make the dress-core more casual especially since 90% of the employees never see a customer face-to-face. They should pay a bit more for people they want to keep around and reduce turn-over. I got the sense they're all about hiring new people for lower pay and training them and keeping them for a few years before they move on.
