Pros

Management treats staff extremely poorly. They intimidate, bully and threaten with disciplinary or dismissal. They hire many untrained staff from India so that they can pay poor wages. Very little training or development from this company. They operate on very thin margins which is reflected in the amateur way they provide services to clients. Lots of brown-nosers up the bosses azz. It made me sick how fake the workers were, so I finally quit.

Cons

If you're right out of school this might be a good place to begin. I saw many students come in and leave after 2 years

Pros

Products are good, only thing saving this company

Cons

I reviewed the positive reviews and convinced that management is writing them. There are no positives, your work load is extremely heavy, those who work get dumped on, those who praise the top management get promoted but do no work. Pay is low low low! Raises are a joke; you are to be grateful for the 1% “bonus” while you see upper management receive thousands. I guess they are rewarded for squeezing the life out of those who work. Management puts on a good show like they care about the employees, while bashing the “workers” in the management meetings. It is most disturbing that in this day and age companies like Integra can get away with treating employees like slave labor. Going lean= do not replace people who quit dump it on the overworked employees and do not compensate them for their efforts. Honestly, as an employee here do not expect fair wages (especially if you are a female), acknowledgement of your hard work will never be recognized, you will be lied to, promised opportunities that never come to fruition and if you question management or express your opinion you will be ostracized and belittled. Do not expect HR to step in they are notorious for allowing this behavior.

Pros

There are some good people who want to make changes but unable to due to the toxic culture.

Cons

Toxic work environment and culture. Many legacy employees resist to changes. Senior management does not care about their employees, constantly over promising employees on improvement and never delivers. Lack of long term vision for the company and its development of talents. High turnover rates, instead of looking in the mirror as to how to fix the high turnover rates. Management blamed people who left and noted that they are not good fit for tbe company. No work life balance. Weekend and night work are expected for certain groups due to unrealistic deadlines and lack of processes.
