      Pros

      Good Management. Relaxed Management. A good company to break into medical sales with. They definitely have some niche products in the marketplace.

      Cons

      The healthcare industry is going through some intense changes. The companies that are going to make it will be larger that buy up some of these smaller companies. Integra is right on the edge of both. They could go either way. Bigger companies have been bought up.

      Pros

      I enjoy working with my direct coworkers. There is a general strong work ethic at the site. I also believe in the products that we have in house. A lot of work is put into ensuring the safety and efficacy of the products themselves.

      Cons

      Management has difficulty making decisions. There seems to be a constant change of direction which can be frustrating. High turnover rate within the company. Different functional groups do not seem aligned on goals. Cross functional support seems to be lacking.
