      It's all about the money -- losing touch with meaningful physician relationships and appreciation of the clinical value they're trying to provide to patients Huge gap between senior management and the rank-and-file Sub-par compensation and benefits

      Pros

      they have an incredible support staff. They are easy to talk to over the phone and have quick problem solving skills.

      Cons

      a few different branches that need to communicate better with one another to surpass confusion between rep, management and customer service. need to be a bit better about having a full inventory ready to go to the field
