Pros

Young starter can have a glimps into job life and gain some experience. Some good and nice colleagues in multicultural environment. For some 9 to 5 its a job. Free coffeemaker and sometimes sweets.

Cons

Plenty. It has a revolving door for staff – some teams have 80% turnover. Payment for managers seems to be good – the rest is capped. If you are not desperate for a job - avoid it. If you get the offere to work via agency - avoid it. If you would like to see at least small but constant emprovement, this will not happen – avoid it. If you do not like to work in one big office with approx 80 to 100 people and a lack of fresh air – avoid it. Poor management – no one is responsible the cover themselves

Workload, stress, always want more for few money. In case of pb, HR is only pro company & incompetent Inequity: Some people can do frequent home office, some cannot while no impact on work.....

Very efficient at creating a revolving door. Create new Jobs only for external candidates and then promote them within 3 years. Free bagels on friday Buy new GYM equipments every 6 Months, better that any paid gyms Great for hooking up with co-workers! Managers titles and up raises are $3,000 to $75,000 Sycophant / Basiviousness / Quisling / Browbeaters excel here

Cons

No parking spaces OutSourcing in all departments within Company raises are competitive to fast food joints with 10 cent to 75 cent per hour raises for low levels Lack of accountability Talented and Hard workers are driven away Whip cracking managers.
