Working with people who care about products and patients. Making a difference with patients. Being able to meet different challenges daily.

Cons

Working with many groups that find saying "no" easier then actually doing what is needed. No appreciation for going the extra mile. Do your job and nothing more attitude.

overworked, budget cuts, "you should be greatful we give you coffee", bad chioces by top management, women haters, raises are a joke, workload is not distributed equally. You make any suggestions or point out problems your assigned to fix it when its not your departments problem. No praise
