Pros

There are some employees there who actually care about their work. Most however, just want to see the end of the week. Good product portfolio. Good location (Plainsboro, NJ). Bagels on Fridays.

Cons

Atrocious management! Especially anything not related to production or sale of finished goods. Everything is political; so jf you aren't aligned with the right manager - watch your back! No one is safe! Employees are not valued. They are still operating on 1980's technology and don't know how to modernize. They don't know how to manage projects - and management doesn't provide necessary guidance or support to effect change. 200+ CAPAs per year are not out of the ordinary and their only solution to technical problems or an OOS is to write a justification or slap on another QA protocol. If you're wondering who's going to be the next scape goat, its probably you! Let's just blame the last guy who was let go. Nothing ever gets fixed!

Pros

There is nothing good about this place aside the fact that its just a job with a cheap paycheck. Save ur time. Everyday look for another job.

Cons

1. Micro manages people to a point of going crazy 2. Draining and very unprofessional place to be in 3. They demean people and built cases against them for very small things 4. Young crowds that have no manners and class 5. They make people feel worthless no matter how much effort they put in 6. Hateful place to be in 7. Employees end up walking 4 miles a day in snow and heat

Pros

They pay you actual money to show up and pretend to work - unless of course, someone screws that up. Other than a pay check, it is hard to think of anything positive about working for Integra. I guess if you are in HR, you don't have to ever show up to work and don't really need to do much of anything, which I suppose is a positive, if you are an HR employee.

Cons

Integra is just a horrible, demoralizing, life-sucking, draining, miserable place to work. The level of incompetence at all levels of the organization is absolutely astounding. Integra Senior Management says things about wanting to become an "Employer of Choice" and does things like a company-wide employee survey, but it is all just smoke and mirrors. There is and will never be any real change, at least not anytime in the near future, the culture of incompetence is just too pervasive within the organization. Integra is a place where people come to work, make a little money, learn a little and wait for something better to come along, and then they leave. If you are looking to come here and have other options, take whatever the other option is - nothing I mean NOTHING can be as bad as Integra. If you have no other options, then take their money, build your resume and then leave for a real company. Its a little superficial, but in this day and age, when people have other, more attractive options, it matters - Integra's facilities are just absolutely terrible. When you walk around the offices in Plainsboro, especially 311 Enterprise Drive, it is almost as if someone drove around collecting discarded office furniture (chairs and desks) from people's dumpsters and then dropped it all off at Integra to be used around the office. If you are lucky enough to work in Burlington, MA, it is like a time-warp back to 1979.
