Pros

(1) The company has a good young environment. Many employees in 20's and 30's. Opportunities for after work athletic activities (i.e. baseball, football, soccer), organized Friday lunches out, happy hour with co-workers. All of which are fun, but you have to show interest and keep up with group activities to be included. (2) Casual social environment with team members.

Cons

(1) Many times you will find employees who are less than willing to help when you need it. In addition, there are many tasks that are pushed on the wrong departments/teams, because no one wants to manage them. It is common that you may find yourself working on tasks and projects that are not relevant to your hired position or job description. This is also partially due to lack of hiring for project management positions. (2) Very cliquey. If you are not part of the young crowd, you will have to make sure you make friends and show interest in activities to be invited/included. Anyone is welcome, but you have to find your way in, first. (3) Not only are people not very helpful, they can also be demanding of your time, when it is not your responsibility in the first place.

Pros

Making scrap is never a problem here just blame someone else our leaders don't know any better anyways you can take 500 smoke breaks a day surf the net play cards on your computer show up everyday and they will pay you.

Cons

Seriously our leader don't have a clue how to grow because you are a top rated company we buy other companies and can't fix their problem can we don't attract highly skilled people and if one does come along they don't last cause we have so many screw-ups protecting their jobs the good ones that care and that could help us grow either leave or are chased off. There is absolutely no team work here departments backstab each other. I'm told decisions in our quality department are based on skin color you wouldn't want to complain about someone with skin darker than you and skin color plays a part in pay and promotions

Pros

The company is so needy, you can readily assume responsibility for a wide bandwidth of activity. They also value experience from J&J, Covidien, and other large device/pharma firms.

Cons

The quality of management is low. They seem to be the "cast offs" of larger companies and don't get the fact that employees should be valued and developed. The pays and benefits are bad. There is no respect for the employee. I was constantly embarrassed by the behavior of senior employees on site and from New Jersey.
