      Pros

      Casual office environment, coworkers are friendly

      Cons

      If you're not in New Jersey, prepare to be terminally ignored. That is, unless you need to ask for support or any capital expenditures; then the answer is a resounding NO! They seem very surprised that things are going downhill when they haven't been investing in newer equipment or replacing all the long-timers that have left. No opportunities for advancement; raises and bonuses are a joke. They make a big deal about the employee engagement survey, but everyone is still miserable.

      Pros

      Let me see, I had a decent salary, nice office and reserved parking. The position was not difficult if you want to work 15 hours a day, 7 days a week, there was no work life balance. The team that worked for me was awesome and very hardworking. The company expressed many values, too bad after they printed the posters they forgot about them.

      Cons

      No work life balance, nasty upper management, with minimal skills, other than berating employees. No regard for their employees, it was a revolving door, many did not even last a week. Miserable unhappy employees.
