      good pay and ok benefits

      Cons

      Management puts friends in lead positions, leads have no idea what they are doing, they change there hours to accommodate their life, 2nd shift is always the black sheep, never any communication. Very toxic environment, constantly stabbing people in the back, one of the leads put up a fake camera in the clean room to scare the mechanics, place is an absolute joke

      Outsourcing!!! Beware

      Good pay, 401k match and good benefits.

      Cons

      They’re outsourcing. After working there for almost 5 years, we were notified in March of this year that they were laying off our department and outsourcing all of our jobs to Genpact who has remote employees from India. Some people worked there for more than 10 years and were getting ready to retire in a few years and they didn’t even care. All they care about is revenue.

      Horrible culture and management

      Compensation is great. It needs to be otherwise they would have no sales people.

      Cons

      The worst culture. Managers suck, constant berating and demeaning. Unobtainable goals in the neuro space… no clue what actually goes on in the market. Product managers that have never stepped foot in an OR. Most reps feel the company is a dumpster fire.
