      The environment is toxic, bad feelings between employees and the supervisor is immature, unprofessional and spiteful and have favorites. The senior technicians have favorites and let certain employees get away with doing things Non-GMP. Instead of management recognizing that you are doing an above-average job, you get judged harshly for being intelligent and doing things the right way. Completely backward!
