      Pros

      Some good people,some good workers and some good managers and supervisors.Relaxed enviroment, which is both good and bad.

      Cons

      Lazy workers are not made to work. Incompetant workers are paid too much.The good workers have to pick up the slack of bad workers.Many times the bad workers are paid more.

      Fairly close to home. It pays the bills.

      Cons

      So many that I can't list them all. They talk about culture and diversity and they don't know the meaning of those 2 words especially if you are a woman. They will stomp you to the ground and smile while they are doing it. No room for advancement at all.
