- Integra has great products that make a real difference. - There is always lots to be done at Integra. It provides junior employees with opportunities to get hands on experience very quickly. - The people at this company are passionate and make working there a pleasure.

Cons

- The turnover rate is high and transitioning is poorly managed, leaving too many loose ends. - Critical areas of the company are understaffed. Think: Regulatory.

Middle Management needs revamping. CUSA needs updating and dedicated sales force to sell effectively. Neuro sales reps (less than 3 yrs on job) do not know how to sell this product against competition)
