      Pros

      Benefits were good. The people were generally nice, especially in the Austin office.

      Cons

      Generally speaking, the company puts their trust in their processes not people which creates a frustrating mentality at times. They also tend to squeeze as much as they can from corporate employees, at times leaving much needed positions open for much longer than is helpful.
