      Pros

      Pretty decent job security in my department, not so much in others. As the company continues to grow, they are laying off the "unnecessary" jobs/people. Good benefits and PTO.

      Cons

      Lack of communication between front line employees and upper management. They are trying to become a "billion dollar company" at the employees expense. No adequate training on processes or on new acquisitions.
