      Big company with many operational sites. Plenty of work to do. Good co-workers. If you work hard, you will get promoted.

      No competitive benefits. Below average compensation. Frequent acquisition reduced resources.

      Good Regenerative products. Large bag with many different products to sell. Is continually acquiring companies.

      Cons

      Constant comp plan changes. Capped earning potential for sales reps. Benefits are sub-Par... Selling the "Metal Portfolio" is a commodity and is chasing cases. Future major sales re-organization coming with the acquisition of Tei BioSciences. Huge sales turnover as of Jan 2015... Company will eventually be acquired by someone big.
