      Pros

      Company products and improving the patience quality of life is good for everyone.

      Cons

      Executives, management, and anyone above contributor is not trustworthy. If you're not working at corporate headquarters, all bets are off as far job security is concerned. They'll close you down even thought you're told not to worry about it. May the people in N.J. feel our pain someday with regards to losing ones livelihood without a second guess.

      Pros

      Integra is great with offering training to their employees. The benefits (as far as healthcare, 401K, etc) that Integra offers are good and the environment at the division level between peers is great.

      Cons

      Pay is the largest Con I can think of at Integra. For example: Using a pay scale website I entered in my job information, my skills as well as the years of experience I have (which happens to be ~5 years). The someone with similar job responsibilities with only 1 year of experience at another company makes 15K more than I do. Seems a bit unrealistic to offer someone with 5 years experience 15K less than what other companies are offering people with 1 year of experience.
