Pros

You don't have to know much or do much and you get paid for it, upper management doesn't have a clue so it is easy to give them a song and a dance and they believe it

Cons

we can't make anything right but the good news is our leaders believe this is normal and corp. really believes we do well making parts right the first time they don't pay attention to our scrap rate and variances we write to accept junk we stink so bad when people ask me where I work I tell them I'm a drug dealer, I am ashamed of the poor quality of work we pass of for the important product we produce they don't teach us to do things correctly and our qc dept. just passes off junk, first of the year after a being a long time employee I need to do something else this joint effects my home life recall after recall and we don't learn you need to have pride in what your doing and have a desire to do it right not just to do it to get attainment or launch a produce multiple times and still can't get it right we have the saddest excuse for a machining dept. our engineers and qc and shipping departments spend more time surfing the internet than they do working their jobs sad very say

Chaos and Inconsistency

Pros

The company has been trying to show that it appreciates employees after a survey, but it is slow and it is all the same stuff we did before and stopped doing.

Cons

No training. No structure. No room to move up. Pay is horrible, I took it and am still here while I am interviewing for jobs with competitors who are offering what my position should be paid and better benefits. This place is not a good place to work.

Pros

Challenging and interesting. Certainly this company can be a challenging place to work. However with the challenge comes great interesting projects. If you want mundane and typical, ILS is not the place for you. However, if you want to build your resume with relevant skills like; new product integration as a result of an acquistion, working closely with FDA to develop a regulatory strategy for a product that touches 6 different branches, work on PMA products, meet foreign health authorites like China FDA or Japan PMDA or work for a company that is growing and not shrinking, Integra could be the place for you. Lastly, the best reason to work at Integra are the people.

Cons

Since the company is growing, it experiences the typical growth pains any growing company experiences.
