Pros

Pay is competitive. Not a lot of voluntary turn over. Bagels and Starbucks if you work in Plainsboro.

Cons

Hard work is rewarded with more work. Stress rides high and morale is down. More director level positions and vice presidents than necessary.

Pros

When I think of one I'll edit!

Cons

Salary and bonuses are insulting. Increases are laughable and do not even cover cost of living. Benefits are expensive. Upper management continues to talk the talk but do not walk the walk. They would take blood from a stone if they could. Churn and burn baby or better yet RUN FROM this dump!

What a joke this place is

Pros

There really are no Pros to this company - other than maybe the free bagels on Fridays!

Cons

This company is the worst I've ever encountered when it comes to fairness and equality and rewarding a job well done. Heck, they don't even notice a job well done because everyone is too busy running around putting out one fire after another. The salaries are well below average, the raises are a joke, the bonuses might as well be non-existent and there is absolutely no growth potential anywhere in this company. They would prefer to interview 10 different people for one position (and pay for all their travel costs associated with said interview) then promote from within. Everything is a lateral move in this company - at least as far as HR is concerned. You could be going from a file clerk to a VP and the salary would remain the same because HR will try to make you believe it is a lateral move. The turnover rate is crazy high right now and it's not surprising to anyone except the clueless management. With the recent warning letter and lack of competency to get things taken care of in a timely manner around here - I'd say we all better grab our life vests and prepare for this Titanic to start sinking fast!
