Pros

As a consultant I get PAID! They don't mind paying our high consultant rates either! As an Consultant you will always have a very high paying job here.

Cons

I got an job offer to come full time, sad to say that is not to market rates. My guess the annual rasie and bonuses are the same.

Pros

You can Facebook all day long! Basically you can do anything on the internet since it is wide open. Sometime I watch ESPN, movies, youtube, listen to the ball game, download using peer to peer. heck you can search for all sort of porn too.. The best company for surfing the internet! Second to none! This company luv to spend money for employees to travel all over to all thier sites. Lets just say I in a postion to do this very offend.

Cons

No beer in the vending machines to go with my web surfing. Seating controlled by the CEO is a bit weird. No Parking Spaces! Make employees walk through a mosquito infested gutter drainage.

Pros

Salaries are pretty decent compared to the industry because the company struggles to keep people. There is a new CEO who built Intregra for what it is. We'll see if he can return it to its heyday.

Cons

-Benefits arent great, but not terrible. -Turn-over in management in the past 6 months is creating an unstable environment. -Turnover also, leads to lack of decision making for important product impacting decisions. -Leadership doesn't seem open to promoting people to retain good talent so most of the good talent is leaving or has left. Resulting is a poor pool of remaining talent. -Appetite for long term solutions to problems is limited. Short term fixes are constantly chosen. (Penny Wise Pound Foolish)
