Remote setting. Helping patients and vendors.

Cons

No training, unrealistic expectations. Lots of layoffs with new director hired. Low pay. A lot of micromanaging from supervisors and managers. Turnover rate is very very high. Extremely stressful environment.

The company is using this role for checking up claims that are behind. The upper management team doesn't know how to process claims. Not an organized company and disrespect is happening to their employees. Terrible place.
