During the two years that I worked at Integra Partners, I was impressed by the quality of management and staff, their interest in employee morale, and business partner satisfaction. I also appreciated their flexibility regarding work location. Senior management respects their employees.

Cons

Compared to larger companies, the number of senior management positions is limited, so lateral moves are not always possible.
