Look forward to going to work everyday.
Pros
- You get to work with some truly passionate, knowledgeable, and smart folks. They're the reason I have not considered leaving in my 3+ years here - The problems we're solving are challenging and complex, but that's what makes it interesting. There's always an opportunity to work on something new. - Great work/life balance and flexible working hours - Unlimited PTO. The ability to take a random day here and there without worry is great. - Some of the folks that recently left were intimidated by the Vista acquisition, but that's nonsense. All they've done so far is say "here are some processes that have been proven to work in our other companies. Try them." You're basically getting paid to learn. Personally, I see it as a big bonus. - Beer and cold brew on tap, year round. - When it's party time, it's party time!
Cons
- IAS has aquired some companies in the last few years. Some of the employees of those companies were not a good cultural fit, but they had golden handcuffs that prevented them from leaving. This made them bitter, which didn't help the cultural fit situation. Anyway, they all cashed out and bailed after our acqusition, so the problem has basically fixed itself - Many of the negative reviews come from these folks and it's really frustrating to see all their bitterness spill out into their Glassdoor reviews.
