-Some smart people still work here -Free lunch once a week

Cons

-High employee turnover -Product is stagnant outside of CTV -Inexperienced management (especially since the acquisition) -Bloated teams like finance and sales ops who do little -HR is the worst I’ve seen in the industry -Poor career progression -Lack of transparency from upper management

Pros

I look for smart people who are great work with, ability to solve problems and make an impact, for a company that is growing. IAS checks all of these boxes. PE has brought best practices from across their portfolio and opened up new M&A opportunities to further accelerate growth. The new CEO Lisa is smart, competent and a good person. She's capable of setting a high level vision and also understanding enough of the details to help shape decisions - a great combination IMO. Its an exciting time to be at IAS.

Cons

Scaling a company presents different challenges than growing a startup. The transition to scaling and expanding the existing business necessitates a different set of priorities and trade-off considerations. Fast growth and hiring also means that the organization may take time to mature with regard to clear and focused roles and responsibilities.
