Pros

Managers are great and supportive to all employees. They provide a ton of internal support to help you learn the products and cross-team collaboration from roundtables to guest speakers. The company is in a unique position to interact with all the different facets of the ad tech landscape, thus making the day to day challenging, interesting and rewarding all at the same time.

Cons

HQ communication on new innovations and developments. We have to do our own recruiting because our recruiters typically forget about us to provide unqualified candidates. The Billing departments are hard to get in touch with due to the time-change.
