Pros

- IAS is the clear leader in their space and is well positioned in a growing digital advertising market - Great company mission: preventing fraud, eliminating waste (viewability), and stopping advertising revenue from going to shady content like ISIS videos (brand safety). Essentially preventing reputable advertisers/publishers from getting ripped off. Advancing into new spaces like connected television (OTT) and using AI/ML to help advertisers improve return on their ad spending. - Benefits from trusted brand recognition in the industry - Continually hiring talent across all departments to maintain current growth rates - Fun, collaborative culture - Capable employees, independent of level, are able to take on additional responsibility as the company's growth creates new opportunities - New ownership, Vista Equity Partners, is investing in R&D to maintain product leadership

Cons

- Recent attrition after being acquired by Vista, primarily from employees who came into the company from other acquisitions. They had options payed out, a few left disgruntled as they thought they should be running the company.

HR, tech management, benefits need improvement

Pros

The office is one of the more beautiful tech offices in NYC. The people are very nice and the open office environment really helps cross-team talk, though nothing official really makes that happen (the "quarterly challenges" don't really achieve their goal). Margins are still very good in the space, and Integral is at the top of its class. Most of the people at Integral are wonderful, kind, smart people.

Cons

Health insurance still remains expensive HR is disorganized Unclear how bonuses are calculated on some teams Really terrible behavior by some employees is apparently tolerated by management Teams are siloed by specialty (ETL, product,...) rather than by product Ad-tech can be a nasty business
