      A mixed bag

      Pros

      Great office looking over the Hudson. Sales team is best in class. Fun people.

      Cons

      Behind the curve on mobile and video. CEO appears to have his clique/favorites. Product division is weak. Totally reactive so all new items are coming from data science - not good. Tech is a mess. They're on their 3rd CTO in 3 years. Customer Service is understaffed and people are extremely overworked.

      IAS has been an environment of constant professional growth and learning; given it's rapid headcount increase, global expansion, and revenue scale.

      Pros

      There aren't many companies out there that have managed the kind of volume that we do and so it is exciting to be one of the pioneers on this front and learn new technologies and implement them as a big data company. The environment is a fun atmosphere with a typical "work hard and play hard" atmosphere as is typical with software companies.

      Cons

      As is natural in a high growth environment, the one challenge I will note is trying to do too much with too little. As we hire more people, this will subside but I also recognize it is necessary to stay ahead of competitors and continually innovate.

      Pros

      This environment is very relaxed and I am enjoying myself. Thus far, the employees are nice and I have no expectations that I will see people being mean. The last place of employment was like that.

      Cons

      I am in my honeymoon phase and see no cons worth reporting; no place is perfect and I am very happy.
