      The only pro was unlimited PTO

      Cons

      You're provided very little training to do your job properly. The upper management team was completely unprofessional. There were several occasions where a particular manager would make threatening remarks when work is not completed to their liking. It was to the point that many employees were uncomfortable providing feedback because of this manager's behavior.
