Pros

Product works and doesn't have that many bugs compare to many other ad tech companies. Great work/life balance, including summer Fridays.

Cons

Its a growing start-up and they lack solid training programs plus things are changing so rapidly that there are breaking points in communication sometimes from the top to the bottom. - You just need to know to constantly ask questions.

technology does what it claims to do (desktop); company recently made acquisition to strengthen mobile capabilities. great head of product leading the charge.

Cons

competitors must drop the ball in order for clients to justify switching vendors. sales leadership has media background, not a tech background- adds little value from a sales or strategy standpoint.

Pros

Lots of friendly people, Friday lunches. Flex work schedule, was able to come in basically any time.

Cons

A number of rotten eggs. Culture and tech practices were something out of the stone age, they are trying to improve but there's a general lack of investment. Some people get it, and others promote their own agenda. Office was cramped.
