This is the best company that I have ever worked for

Pros

Great culture. Great vibe. Great people. Great technology. The company is filled with passionate people who feel they are reinventing advertising. It is one of the fastest growing companies in the US and has won best places to work multiple times. The reviewers who complained have been managed out of the company, so don't listen to their sour grapes.

Cons

Like any fast moving company, there are high expectations and the pressure that goes with it. Don't join the company if you want a 9-5 government like job. This company attracts top talent and motivated people.

I love working for Integral because I get to work with leading technology in a positive, collaborative culture. I'm excited to go into work every day. We recently moved to the East Village and the new office is beautiful.

Cons

We're growing so quickly that we need to bring on new people constantly. Things get a little busy in the interim.

I can see a lot of potential personal growth at this company. The leadership is clear with expectations, easily approachable and friendly. Laid-back work hard atmosphere. The new office at 95 Morton Street in Manhattan has a great open concept with plenty light, and room for growth.

Cons

It is very hard to think of any cons for working at Integral Ad Science.
