Great environment to get things done. Driven team members and lots happening. Easy to get involved and make an impact.

Cons

Definitely some growing pains, lots of new employees. This can be as much an opportunity as a con though.

This environment is very relaxed and I am enjoying myself. Thus far, the employees are nice and I have no expectations that I will see people being mean. The last place of employment was like that.

Cons

I am in my honeymoon phase and see no cons worth reporting; no place is perfect and I am very happy.

Integral Ad Science is the leader in its category, the success of the business is a blessing to all employees and provides personal growth opportunities. Management team is extremely approachable and each and every employee makes a difference. Integral has won multiple awards for being a great place to work, and rightfully so.

Cons

With all the new hires starting weekly, it is getting harder to keep track.
