Cons

The company is growing quickly, but so far there hasn't been much in the form of growing pains.

Pros

Great office looking over the Hudson. Sales team is best in class. Fun people.

Cons

Behind the curve on mobile and video. CEO appears to have his clique/favorites. Product division is weak. Totally reactive so all new items are coming from data science - not good. Tech is a mess. They're on their 3rd CTO in 3 years. Customer Service is understaffed and people are extremely overworked.

Pros

-Great new office... plenty of snacks.. alcohol friendly work environment (!!) -Very understanding and accommodating work environment. Employees seem to be genuinely happy and enthusiastic about what they do. -Extremely smart people working there... A great opportunity to knowledge share and branch out from your respective field if you so desire (see next point) -Plenty of 'lateral growth' -culture fosters project based work on the technical teams.. you can 'own' your projects. -two words: Quarterly Challenge! -Explosive growth

Cons

-Explosive growth is not sustainable and is artificial IMO. It seems to be more for company valuation for a potential sale, than for actual manpower need. -Technical infrastructure was designed when the company was smaller (a startup) and isn't scaling with the company's growth at all.. -Salaries are all over the place. Make sure you know your worth. They overpay some people and underpay others. - -Raises are completely arbitrary and the whole review/raise/bonus process is unrefined and nearly non-existent. That having been said, I'm sure certain 'old school', 'favored' people get them regularly. -Not enough testing of new solutions. Code it, toss it out there in production, pray nothing breaks. -Needs better mid level management. I almost feel people have too much latitude. -Some managers better than others; from nightmarish to awesome. -Honestly, not much vertical growth. Not sure if that's the company's fault or just the nature of a tech company in this field.
