Pros

Work/life balance. You can do the bare minimum and be absolutely fine.

Cons

This org only cares about the sales reps, who get commissioned on existing business, meaning no new logos are ever brought in so they’re bleeding current customers dry with shoddy technology that is poor supported at best.

Thank you for your feedback. We have launched our 2019 strategic objectives which include Building an Organization of Excellence. Every employee at IAS is being tasked with helping us create a positive company culture – and that starts with leadership. We have launched more transparent Town Hall meetings, MBO’s that are shared amongst our global leaders and a recognition program to amplify the behaviors that we believe will drive a positive culture and business outcomes. We are investing in organizational training which will launch in the second half of this year which we are very excited about and know will drive engagement with teams across the business. Of course we will still have free lunch on Friday and unlimited PTO and enhanced benefit programs across the global business. Growing fast and excited about our journey! Pros

As a relatively new hire, I have been nothing but impressed by the company so far. Benefits are good, the office is great, people are very transparent with sharing information, self-motivated, highly competent yet modest. A senior staffer I spoke with recently said that it was a good place to be if you are a good person to seek out and find solutions to product gaps. The processes here for coordinating the work of MANY engineering teams simultaneously are better than any I've seen in my last 15+ years of experience in product/R&D.

Cons

It could be argued from the above that if you are the type of person who needs very clear direction and oversight on a daily basis (aka micro-managing) this might not be the place for you. Not a true con in my eyes.
