Pros

The company values hard working people and will provide necessary support and guidance. Working with biggest brands, agencies, publishers and networks. I couldn't have worked with a nicer group of people for my time there.

Cons

Recent redundancies, increased staff turn over and the pandemic has affected the company culture but this is a pretty general issue that has affected all of the Ad Tech space.

Pros

Unlimited PTO is genuine depending on team Healthcare costs

Cons

C-suite is a revolving door and you'll never know the true reason as a lower level employee. CHRO is incompetent and doesn't seem to feel compelled to actualize any real change since the CEO is her good friend. She coasts and then questions why no plans are in action. Many leaders here are here due to strong recommendations from friends on the inside, usually lacking the necessary leadership and skill to make any progress or develop in an innovative way. Bias and discrimination is lurking around every corner if you're not a white man or woman and you'll easily be ignored or told this is a one off situation. Your career development is based on how interested your manager is. Have met with employees who haven't had a consistent manager in over a year and given evasive answers from their skip levels.
