      Pros

      Great place to work. The job is challenging, and at times frustrating, but ultimately it is very rewarding. Pros: -Lots of opportunity for advancement. Company is quick to promote and give people additional responsibilities aligned with professional goals -Lots of face time with Senior Leadership. The company has pretty clear and defined levels, but even associate-level employees can find themselves working on things for execs and having their feedback/opinions valued -Company is at growth stage, so a lot of what is being worked on is to help scale more efficiently and everything has a clear purpose -Culture is great & most employees are hard working and intelligent

      Cons

      -Job can be really challenging so it is not for everyone. -Work/life can be a little out of balance at times but management makes conscious efforts to improve that.
