      Great place to work, but has its growing pains/challenges

      Pros

      Work with many intelligent coworkers in a fast-paced, challenging environment where you're sure to grow your skillsets. Flexibility to work remotely from time to time. Opportunities to move within the company if you seek them.

      Cons

      Lack of work/life balance for certain departments. Inexperienced managers who have not managed before with little to no training on how to manage people. Decline in culture over the last few years.

      Fast paced, great people, excellent benefits, ability to work from home provides excellent work life boundaries, Company is growing and bringing in top level talent. Excellent open work space.

      The only con - which is really a pro - is that we're growing at a fast pace - need top level talent to apply.
