At IAS you have the opportunity to grow and move to other departments if the chance makes sense. At the prior and current department that I'm in, I have the opportunity to work with a smart and fun group of people that are always willing to help and never afraid of change which encourages engagement by everyone in the Org. Here we have plenty of opportunities to share our thoughts to ultimately making IAS a good company to work in. Other thoughts. IMO, we have a good work/life balance, good vacation policy, maternity/paternity policy, summer Fridays.

IAS offers a collaborative, warm environment at which employees spanning levels and experiences are welcomed and valued. As the company continues to grow and hire, employee benefits and perks are increasingly improved and augmented. And, because there is a significant number of new employees, change and suggestions are embraced and encouraged. In addition, the senior leadership team's decisions are transparent and are widely communicated through regular town halls and one-on-one meetings. It is clear that the C-Suite is aligned with each other, and IAS is such an open, innovative, and forward-looking organization!
