Pros

- work/life balance - vacation time - benefits - company would send gifts and other cool things

Cons

- lack of knowledge of bigger picture, seems teams know a lot about what they do but when it comes to making things work across teams it was a struggle. - high turnover and lack of sufficient knowledge transfer seemed to be the big culprit - company is owned by Vista Equity Partners

Pros

Large, very professional company, but with a small, intimate company vibe Senior leadership is very approachable, interested in FTE opinions and overall work/life well-being Impressive technology with new products, platforms and solutions coming rapidly Nice hybrid wfh/in-office split Stock options and great benefits (other than 401k 100% match)

Cons

401k match isn't at 100%, but other benefits are strong

Pros

IAS is the market leader in the most top-of-mind and relevant sector of the ads industry. While being at the center of this ecosystem comes with challenges, that position also comes with a highly engaged customer base, and a job purview that you won't find anywhere else. The access you get to both clients and agencies is unlike anywhere else, and with tech that works across all platforms, walled gardens, publishers, etc, you really get to see - and engage with - the entire breadth of the industry. This is a great company to work for if you're looking to grow your network, industry knowledge, technical chops, and to work with a fun team while doing it.

Cons

Every company of this size has their unique challenges, and IAS is no different. Systems and processes are imperfect, and the company is constantly making strides to improve them. When it's all said and done, this is a great place to be.
