Great technology to work with and learn. High performing technical team with many opportunities to shine and grow. Team communication is excellent. Completely focused on customers and providing top-notch service. IAS has excellent benefits too!

Cons

I've been here over a year and so far there are none that come to mind.

Fun people, great office amenities (when the office was still open), nice benefits, plenty of resources

Cons

Lack of communication, little to no direction, all opinions need to be heard and implemented, meaning power struggles are rampant. They tout diversity and inclusion but any attempts to be diverse and inclusive are scrutinized to the point where the attempts are abandoned. Beware the random "1:1 sync" call with your C-level boss! Layoffs are sudden and unexpected, leaving former employees in shock and unprepared, and HR drags their feet when ex-employees ask for the help they were told they would receive.

The company is growing despite current economic conditions. Always innovating and bringing new products to market. Great brand name and leader in the space. A performance-based culture that allows for a healthy work/life balance. Learning and development is a major focus, as is inclusion and diversity.

Cons

Internal comms can get tricky given the pace at which things move.
