      -they care about investing in employee growth, if you work hard you will find many opportunities available to you -the new HR leader who came in during the pandemic is doing an amazing job getting HR in touch with what employees are looking for, including bring in an awesome talent development leader -face time with leaders is fairly easy to get you are able to make an impact from all levels

      -it’s a video on sometimes meeting heavy culture but they have been working to create no meeting days

      Working at IAS gives engineers the opportunity to work with a vast amount of architectural patterns and technology. The IAS enterprise is comprised of systems with a very large technology landscape for edge data collection, big data stream and batch processing, data science and reporting. We work with a lot of open source, cloud native (AWS & GCP) and proprietary technology. The product roadmap is always full of exciting opportunities to exercise your creative engineering powers to meet all functional and non-functional requirements, make architectural trade-offs to deliver business value on time with alignment to our strategic long term vision. It is an exciting place to be to drive the transformation of our architecture that powers our products. We are constantly looking at cutting edge technology and architectural patterns to improve our core platforms for engineering and operational efficiency.

      Nothing out of ordinary. Have been at IAS for the past 7 years and went through the growing pains of a start-up . Nothing negative I can relate at the present. Great culture, great people to work with.

This makes for exciting engineering problems, and a promising future outlook. - Working with big data provides exciting challenges every day - Brilliant engineers, who are equally smart as they are personable. - Mid/Senior level engineering management are the best I have ever worked with. They are versatile when talking tech, but maintain a hands off management style. - Plenty of opportunities for career advancement - Great work life balance

      - Some engineering teams are too flat, with overlapping responsibilities - Learning curve can be steep due to complex code base - Some growing pains with structuring of teams, recruiting pipeline
