Pros
Really smart talent Great work life balance Collaborative culture High accountability I've been at IAS for about 6 months and really happy with the move I made. As a rapidly growing company that is no longer a true "start up," there's a ton of change happening, but it's really rewarding to see the benefits of change play out. One of the things I like the most about IAS is that I'm truly never bored; there's always a new challenge to tackle and find a long term solution. Upper management is also very committed to holding individuals accountable for addressing these challenges.
Cons
While change is ultimately a good thing, there are a number of employees who have been around a long time and are resistant. As a result, it can be difficult to get people to adopt new processes. That being said, the company is making strides to improve this issue.
