Dysfunctional mess!! Stay away

Pros

- unlimited stocked kitchen, that’s really about it.

Cons

- HR is a big mess, don’t expect them to have your back. Something needs to go really wrong for them to act, if they ever do. - Executives are extremely disorganized, unaligned, and unqualified - finance is difficult to work with. - there is no communication at all within departments - a lot of turnover happening due to acquisition - benefits are mediocre - no one knows what’s really going and ruled under acquisition ‘advisors’ -just stay away.

Pros

- Great place to grow with high speed volume business model. - Even better benefits and pay

Cons

- Lack of communication from top to bottom causes major conflict in keeping organizational practices consistent. -Basically you never stop working, you can expect a meeting pop up on your calendar at 9 pm, 10 pm, 12 am out of nowhere, no work life boundaries

Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback. We’re glad to see that you enjoy some of the benefits that IAS provides for our hard-working employees. As we are currently going through a time of transition, it is understandable that alignment and direction can seem unclear at times. However, we are committed to continuously improving how we work together and communicate as a team. One such way we hope to achieve this is through the upcoming launch of our employee engagement survey in Q1 2019. If you would like to discuss your concerns further, feel free to reach out to the People & Culture team.
