Pros

- Some really great people work there. - Nice HQ when it was open - Well stocked with excellent coffee, snacks, cold brew, craft beer on tap

Cons

- Extremely toxic environment from the top down. Rather than fighting it, HR is the source of some of the worst toxicity. - Acquisition by Vista destroyed morale company-wide and led to some great people leaving, or worse, being made to leave. - Lack of accountability for senior leaders leaves those who report to them disgruntled as they do all the work, don't get credit for success, but get blamed for failures. - Many great POC have left due to lack of opportunities. Just take a look at the SLT.

Pros

Lunch on Fridays and 401k match.

Cons

The company is growing at a fast pace but almost too fast. The focus is becoming more on sales than data. The cultural is completely disheartening. People are not welcoming nor supportive as one would hope. Also, middle management needs to be re-evaluated as most are not fit to be leading teams let alone departments. Great workers don’t always mean great managers. Stock options are not offered either.

Pros

Stocked kitchen, unlimited PTO, some great coworkers. Nice view from the office.

Cons

Arrogant executives who talk a lot and do nothing. CEO is lost, awkward and out of touch. HR has gone severely downhill in the past months. Engineering thinks they run the show, Marketing thinks they own the place. Just no.
