Too Smart to Fail, Too Blind to See

Pros

Interesting and challenging projects, intelligent people, professional environment.

Cons

Poor management, no communication between offices and practice groups, lower pay compared to competitors, zero overtime pay, excessive nepotism and favoritism. Integral has very intelligent engineers and scientists, but unfortunately the company doesn't comprehend that these skill sets don't transcend into business and economic expertise.

Pros

Intelligent, hardworking staff; Casual but professional environment; good team morale

Cons

Micromanagement is everywhere; long meetings that get nowhere often; catty and cruel behavior and treatment between accounting and ops; aging principal staff that are out of touch with business today; Draconian treatment of staff by management.

I am ambivalent to my experience overall with Integral. First it was great and then rapidly declined

Pros

The company has changed so much since I was hired I am not sure any of the positive reasons I initially went to work there are still true. Culture has changed substantially in past 3-4 years and not in a good way

Cons

No loyalty to staff ( one of the initial reasons I joined firm). Company does not appear to value contribution from long time staff anymore and has laid off experienced workers while letting new hires/inexperienced people remain. Culture has deteriorated significantly over past few years and it appears current management is not moving to change things in positive direction.
