Pros

Amazing colleagues, very interesting project work, good company culture and benefits. There is a real emphasis on having a work/life balance, and plenty of room for professional growth if you work hard.

Cons

The company is too top heavy, and salaries are good, but not great.

Pros

Lots of opportunities to learn and grow. Very good pay. You are trusted to do a good job and non micromanaged.

Cons

Atmosphere is very cold and corporate. People don't interact face to face much. Can be very isolating for new hires. In the time I've been here, many staff have left or been laid off.
