Pros

Good Health benefits, and 401k.

Cons

Management and Sales don't value the overall skill needed to perform quality repairs onsite. Constant threats and harassment about turning in Paperwork. With everything this job entails, you will work on average 13 hours a day. These duties include: Driving a large commercial vehicle, maintenance of that vehicle, daily DOT drivers log, Medical Customer Relations, Repair of complicated surgical instruments ( repair time averages 6 hours for a single tech), before and after pictures of the repair, daily power point presentations (of instrument repair sent to customer and direct manager), onsite billing, daily truck cleaning, Misc. log books, (supplies, maintenance, ect. ) Generator Maintenance. Compensation is largely dependent on a geocentric point of view. In Ohio where they are based, the salary they offer is reasonable as living in Ohio is very affordable, but if you are having to work in a place people actually want to live; San Francisco, New York, Los Angeles, Seattle. You would still make the same pay grade as someone with your same title in Ohio. They pay grade is set in stone across the board depending on your position. This is a high stress environment, from the bottom to the top everyone is kept on a high paced treadmill so that they they can't think and are stuck serving as a mentally & physically tired drone. Last of all, never believe what you are being told unless it is in writing. The excuses always changed for so many issues I don't have time to get into them.

Pros

Flexible Schedule, easy job, decent pay, and pleasant co-workers. The job duties were simple enough for any person without medical experience.

Cons

Horrible managers, lots of middle management. Promises made about career path that were flat out lies. This company is full of nepotism.
