HR cannot be trusted at all. As I understand it the company used to have a family atmosphere. Now I can tell you you're just a number. Sales Management is good, repair quality is very high.

Horrible place to work, communication sucks, no support from directors and levels upper, no one talks to unless it’s something not pleasing the IMS staff they Favor, these places we go need us but the leadership they send is not as qualified as they pretend it’s some of the supervisors and techs that really work and make these accounts successful
