I worked with some of the most wonderful and interesting people! This was the most interesting, fun and rewarding job of my life (so far)! I loved working with Gene Robinson, Bo Mundy, Lee Robinson, Leslie Vanatta, Zoltan and Peter Bodor and knowing that I helped grow a fledgling company into something worth selling to Steris for 135 million!

Cons

Probably the only con is that the sales reward trips were designed for men, so Jane Lee and I were not invited to the hunting camps!

Management is constructive, supportive and provides great guidance to help their employees succeed. Everyone cares about each other there -- a tight knit group that works hard.

Cons

Corporate culture has changed since acquisition -- some of the new policy caused a bit of a stir. But change is good.
