Toxic management results in exhausted employees

Pros

I had the best and friendliest teammates.

Cons

Unfortunately, the toxicity of the management infests our team. All of us here are exhausted and stressed every single day due to the awfully ineffective leadership. The managers are inefficient and have no idea how to effectively lead employees. We almost have no work -life balance, and many of us have suffered from burnout already. I would 've avoided this company if I knew this would happen.

Tense, unwelcoming, and intimidating work atmosphere

Pros

The salary was fair, and the added benefits were a welcome surprise. The friendly coworkers created a positive work environment.

Cons

The CEO was notorious for instigation breaches of company protocols and policies. This behavior created a tense and unwelcoming atmosphere in the workplace, and employees felt intimidated by the CEO's actions. The HR department was powerless to intervene, further resulting in a hostile work environment where bullying was commonplace.

Pros

Few good apples keep their heads down and try their best

Cons

Terrible corporate culture that perpetuates the 'old boys club' mentality. Your either part of the inner circle, or your relegated to being another cog in the machine. The office dynamic is very cliqu-y in each function, if department heads dont like you, then watch out!
