Insane Communication Gaps Led to Stress

Cons

THERE WERE INSANE COMMUNICATION GAPS. The upper management didn't care about keeping the communication flowing smoothly. It led to stress and frustration as we couldn't avoid the delays! IT WAS AWFUL! Also, it was a small company, but there was no unity or family-like feeling here. Most of my colleagues were arrogant, fake, and often rude and disrespectful. BEWARE!

Cons

Lots of extra steps to prove to the private equity ownership you are doing your job. Sales are based on numbers and now how many internal meetings and sales reviews you attend

Management doesnt know the contract its signed?

Pros

You will be forced out eventually. Mine was because management didn't know the contract it had just signed with the two unions in house.

Cons

Hostile managers and coworkers(because they think your working with management to skirt the contract) and a group of unskilled workers to boot. Cheap labor isnt skilled and skilled labor is cheap.
